On the 5th November 2025 Probus South Pacific Ltd held a information day at Labrador Community Centre with the aim of forming a new Probus Club in the Labrador area. Gold Coast and Northern Rivers Association has been appointed sponsor of the new club.

Flyers and advertisments were circulated throughout the area as well as social media (Facebook) to advise of the event

35 interested people attended the event and 25 actually signed up on the day and will become Foundation Members

A full Management Committed was appointed which will allow the Club to be accredited in Queensland.

The first official meeting will be held Wednesday 3rd December 2025 from 11.00am at the Labrador Community Centre 57 Billinton Street Labrador 4215.
